Return & Exchange Policy 

We take great care to ensure that all our products are in excellent condition before they are shipped to our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a return authorization claim number within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any electrical components, so please ensure that you have ordered the correct item. There is a 15% restocking fee for any refunded item that has already been processed and shipped. To return unopened merchandise, please make sure the product is resalable and in the same condition it was sent to you. All returns must have an RMA number and are accepted within 45 days of the shipping date. Defective products can be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of shipment after receiving an RMA number. Please return the whole product, including manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If any of these terms are not met, there may be up to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
